I ordered the Brazilian Deep Wave bundles with a matching 5x5 Lace Closure. The hair quality itself is really nice, very minimal shedding and the waves hold up well after washing. It definitely feels like real human hair. Customer service was helpful when I asked about tracking; my package took 7 days to reach Denver, which was a bit longer than I hoped for, but it did arrive safely. I returned a wig once, it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure it's unworn and still has all the tags on it. Check their site for the exact time frame.

I've used both. Mayvenn was good but Empress Hair Extensions felt a bit thicker and held the curl better for me personally. Plus, Empress often has better deals.
